Wow! Another year has come and gone. Sometimes it’s so hard to say goodbye to the holiday fun and get back to life. But this year I am excited!
I have so many amazing things planned for the website in 2020. And to keep me on track, you know I need my digital wallpaper with the month’s calendar on it.
Having that little calendar on my phone’s home screen and computer background are so helpful! When planning this, I can quickly peak at the days and get on with working.

I also love being able to have some fun with my digital art. Creating digital prints is so much fun for me.
For the free digital wallpaper for January, I didn’t want to go with a winter scene again. Maybe it’s because it is soooo cold and dry this week, but I am not loving winter right now.
So the reminder of the cold on my screens all day long just wasn’t going to cut it (but if you want the beauty of winter, I have some fun ones from years past here).
Instead I decided to use beautiful succulents instead. I love the cool colors of the succulents for winter. They are subtle and calming, but oh so pretty.
Also, did you know that purple has always been my favorite color. I don’t get to use it as much as I should (except I did have fun painting my laundry room cabinets purple).
So these beautiful succulents are perfect for the cold winter months, where I wish I was outside a bit more.
