Hello August! Can you believe summer is almost over? I know I am having mixed feelings about starting the last month of summer. But these bright watercolor poppies are helping me cope with it. They are the perfect free digital backgrounds for August to help say goodbye to summer.

But around the corner are some of my favorite things like pumpkin everything, fall produce, farmer’s markets, and having a few more hours to work while the kids are back in school. But I am determined to make the most of this last month of summer. Let’s see how many days of fun we can pack in before school starts. We are hoping for some more camping, more lake days, more pool time, and maybe it will even be cool enough in the evenings for some family bike rides too. It’s important to enjoy these last summer days.
